i had called sears in myrtle beach, sc for a replacement battery for my cordless drill. i gave them the part number, they repeated it and they assured me they had one left in stock.

i drove 35 mins each way (probably $10 or more in gas)to find the one they had was not the correct one even though they assured me they had it. i have since orderd from sears parts on line. i have always shopped at sears and own numerous tools, appliances etc.

this is probably the first time i'm really mad. maybe i'll try some new outlets.
