We took our tools to Lowe's since there's no more Sears me assistant manager at the Oxford store in Alabama that our tools were not covered because some of them had rust on them now what decent mechanic are plumber or electrician does not have a tool that has a spot of rust here are there when you leave them in your bag your toolbox occasionally they will Rust Craftsman has a lot of time guarantee on all your tools it doesn't say that it does not replace tools because it had a spot of rust on it maybe I'll need to have a memo sent out to some of your sales dealers because our tools are Craftsman in has a lifetime warranty of replacing tools and they if they don't meet your standards they didn't meet my standards and they should have just been replaced I still have several sockets to take back again so the gentleman told me that I could still more than free to contact Craftsman which I did I pulled up the policy online and showed it to him not as management he should have already known this I pulled it up himself it's a shame I'm killing how many people have been turned down to replace there tools
User's recommendation: If you got to go to Lowe's make sure you talk to somebody that knows what they're doing.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
