I have been trying for over 45 minutes to get some information about why lawnmower has to have oil added at least once during each use The mower was purchased 4-25-2024 and has been used only 4 times and Ace Hardware referred me to you for resolution. No comparable replacement tools

Owned Craftsman Tools for over 50 years some of mine are old, but when I bought them who was with the understanding, it was a lifetime guarantee, and now that this *** hole of a company took over for Sears. They have some tools that are not willing to try to locate a tool that is similar and customer service and theyre supervisors are, not real knowledgeable and are very unwilling to help and are plain rude will never ever buy another craftsman tool again

No comparable Tools

I have owned Craftsman Tools for over 50 years and now this so-called outfit that took over after Sears closed up has nothing comparable to what I have therefore they will not try to make accommodations to get in. Hes like that and customer service people are rude and the supervisors are just as rude. I will never buy another craftsman tool as long as I live, supposed to be a lifetime warranty is a lifetime warranty. You cant get the replaced!

Zero turn and lawn neither are with the money!!!

I have had my zero right around 1 year. The first thing to go bad was the engine accelerator cable, turn out it plastic.

Time come to put it in the shop, there is a 30 day turn around. Made a temporary fix. The next thing to go bad is the choke, I have to manually hold the choke and turn the key at the same time. Today, 23-04-2024, one of the belts came off, cant even move the mower in order to work on it.

The blades are expensive, and the slightest pine corns will damage them. I have replaced the blades 3 times, $89 each time. At this point all I want to do is get rid of it!!!

Lawn mower is, a stand up type. Cant stand it up because it leaks when you put it in the upright position.

Motor burning up on Shop-Vac. It's a shop back with the leaf blower on it. It smells like wire burning and it is dropped in power. I bought it in August of 2023. Do I need to replace or what. I've already changed out filters cleaned them out but still having issues . Any assistance would be appreciated thank you.

Can’t get anyone to help me in claims

Im looking for someone to help me with a riding lawnmower I purchase at Lowes in Port Arthur. I have tried all these phone numbers for Craftsman W and the claim number department and I cant get anyone to help me with someone.

Please try to help me. I went to Lowes today and stayed there for two hours and the lady tried to help me and no one wont answer the damn phone we help for hours but someone call me at 409-728-**** please my lawnmower is still under warranty. Its just a little bit over a year.

Ive had it please try to help me. I had craftsman all of my life and Im 83 years old and now I cant get a damn person to help me please Craftsman is really going down.

I just wanted to use most bad word to characterize this company. A few days ago I bought a lawn mower Craftsman M230.

I read about it very bad reviews, around 50% (1-2 stars), but it Lowe's had a very good deal for it. At home I checked carefully - terrible! Curved bag for grass. Anyway, I decided to keep it.

But when I tried to reach this company to ask for replace bad suff - worse experience for 23 years. I was regret that I bought their product.

I wasted lots of hours and a portion of my health.I wanted to come at Lowe's and throw out this item. I wanted to buy their tractor, but now --- never more in my life Craftsmans

I bought a 7 Tool Combo Kit and both batteries are defective. I had to buy two more from lowes to use the tools. There is no direct help from Craftsman to resolve. Too many

Both batteries dead and would not charge. I would like help getting them replaced. I used to be able to walk in any Sears store and replace defective tools from their in store stock with no questions asked. Now it is very difficult to fill out electronic requests. I have been unsuccessful without a way to speak with a real live person.

They just wont end it and when you finally dont get somebody, they just shut the phone off and tell them you cant help they cant help you call back, never ever seen this kind of *** service especially from this company. Broken power washer after 34days!!

I purchased a craftsman power washer from lowes to use around the house for the upcoming 2024 summer season. $359 + tax and let me tell you it wasn't worth ten dollars!

The machine no longer with make spark like it has a faulty Coil. No compressor. Remember this thing is brand new and will never start unless I spend more money to get it fixed!. I purchased 3-14-2024 I took it back to lowes 4-15-2024 just to have them replace the broken machine and they told me it was past 30 days and they will not do ANYTHING for me.

I contacted craftsman warranty department and after 45minites of hold time a very very rude woman gave me a hard time and basically told me to take a two hour drive to a random location to spend more of my money to have them look at it. So moral of the story I am stuck with a paper weight!! Craftsman is miserable and so is lowes!!

Spend your money elsewhere or risk have a $400 paper weight with a craftsman sticker stuck on it!!! -10 stars absolutely disgusted with their customer service

Hard to get a hold of someone

I have a one-year-old T2200 and while cleaning the underbody it completely shutoff, now the blades no longer are engaging when I lower them, I have been calling for three days straight and been on hold for over two hours and no one comes to the phone to do a warranty claim. This is truly sad how they now do loyal customers.

How to attach drill bit to impact driver

It was great. It turns out the store (which picked out both the Craftsman drill and the Craftsman kit to sell) had sold me a kit that did not fit the drill. I returned it to the store and they exchanged it. FYI Craftsman did not have a drill bit set that fit a Craftsman impact drill at Lowe's. I had to buy a different brand. They should have it in stock--missing a selling opportunity.
