We already returned the product to Lowes where we purchased in April 2020. We used twice in April then tried to used it again in July before my birthday party.
It didnt start, we tried numerous times. We tried to find our receipt but we didnt have any luck. After Christmas i took time time off. I found the statement of the card we used to buy the pressure washer.
So I took it to the store, they gave us a store credit for the discontinued/clearance price which we were unhappy. We purchased another craftsman pressure washer that should have been the same price of the original we purchased.
Anyways we loss $110. We havent used the new one yet.
By the way I called the customer service but the office were closed.
