I purchased an MB320 self propelled rear wheel lawn mower. When the mower hits a rut in the grass it causes it to jump forward in a fast gear, a tall person cannot make it go slow, poor design gives you a back ache, and it rolls on slopes.
Mine jumped for ward when it hit a depression pulling it out of my hand causing me to fall on my face. Mowing a slight incline, because of the handle design caused me to try and catch the damn thing as it rolled over. I've been mowing lawns for 50 years and never have I had such a horrible experience. Could not control the speed, when you get it moving sometimes the front will jump up in the air and tends to pull you with it.
I am returning it in the morning. Never will I trust a Craftsman again (except the tools of course)
User's recommendation: Do not buy the self adjusting speed models they are very unsafe.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
