Sent wrong item and then want to charge me a restocking fee along with my paying shipping back! And it is there product so how could they make the mistake in the first place?!

Would never purchase anything from them ever again! They sell equipment and power cords and dont even comprehend which power cords the customer need to buy from them that fits their own equipment!

Maybe these losers should include the power cords in the box with their equipment! And the think I am spend $20.

To send their mistake back to them and in addition pay a restocking for their stupidity? My credit card is going to take care of this!

Craftsman appears to have become adept at avoiding honoring warranty claims. I have a ratchet for which I have an approved claim, ongoing for four months now, and just keep getting told the replacement is on backorder.

Any other merchant I shop at, who can't honor a replacement for four months, will substitute with a similar product in stock. However, not this company, it's the same story over and over.

Yet, they are stocking these products in ACE, Lowes, etc., but will not let them provide the replacement or send me the product that they are supplying them to sell. Such poor customer service.

Give a 800 number just for parts department. That would eliminate multiple calls transferring you to the right department.
