Purshased 26" Craftman Snowblower, 1-8-12. Forward to reverse speed gears function very hard, can't move gears without holding still the blower with two hands.

Checked 3 to 4 smilar models by Craftmans at Sears, all did the same thing. Followed install instruction to adjust, didn't help, and tech agreed.

After a total of 6 calls to Sears-service, parts, customer service, warranty and the store, no one could help, was given no manufactory number to call, and one Tech said he would forward information to manufactory, he, Bob never called back to report findings. Help Please!!!!

Monetary Loss: $900.
